and Litchfield. These included projects for the Norwalk Housing Authority and Action Housing.
The Kerschners also volunteered their time and resources to Americares.
Barbara and Nolan Kerschner retired in the late 1990s. Steve Kerschner created Kerschner Development Company, LLC to bring
his knowledge of the construction industry to the single family residential market. Since its inception, Kerschner Development
has built over one hundred new single family homes in lower Fairfield County. These homes range in size from 2,200 to 6,100 square feet.
At Kerschner Development we build quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality or craftsmanship.
Our staff of Project Managers includes a foreman who is dedicated to pre and post-closing detail. Prior
to closing this Project Manager will walk you through your new home and demonstrate how to properly use and maintain
the various features of your home. He is also available post closing to address your questions and respond to your concerns in an
efficient and timely manner.
